La. Admin. Code tit. 49, § I-227 - Minimum or Average Quantity-Quantity of Contents [Formerly 49:2.0130]
A. The statement of
the quantity of contents of the package shall express the minimum or the
average quantity. If the statement is not so qualified as to show definitely
that the quantity expressed is the minimum quantity, the statement shall be
considered to mean the average quantity.
