La. Admin. Code tit. 49, § I-269 - Misbranding-Exemption Void [Formerly 49:2.0340]
A. Any exemption of a food under
§267(A)(1) shall
immediately be void if the food, or any part thereof, at time of removal from
the original establishment is adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of
the Act when so removed.
