La. Admin. Code tit. 49, § I-950 - Labels, Imitation Products [Formerly 49:3.1001]

A. The label for any meat or meat product which has been made in imitation of another food shall bear the word "imitation" immediately preceding the name of the food imitated and in the same size and style of lettering as in that name and, immediately thereafter, the words "made from" or equivalent statement and the names of the ingredients arranged in the order of their predominance.
