1. Large
animal veterinary services in any Maine community or unorganized
territory;
2. The following Maine
municipalities are underserved: Cherryfield, Danforth, Fort Kent, Greenville,
Jackman, Kingfield, Lincoln, Madawaska, Rangeley, Sherman Mills, and Van
Buren.
