02- 031 C.M.R. ch. 330, § 2 - Purpose
The purpose of this Rule is to clarify the requirements of 24 M.R.S.A. § 2325-A, 24-A M.R.S.A. § 284324-A and M.R.S.A. § 4234-A by establishing standards to assure equitable health care for the treatment of mental illness or nervous conditions.
