02-371 C.M.R. ch. 8, § 3 - INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM APPROVAL
Programs that are not covered under Section 1 and 2 of this Chapter shall be submitted for approval no later than thirty (30) days after the program date. All submissions shall be in writing and sent to the Board office. The appropriate review fee shall accompany the requests.
