02-658 C.M.R. ch. 104, § 12 - Reinstatement of license
1. More than 90
Days but not more than 2 Years. Individuals, other than formerly licensed
apprentices who fail to renew a license for more than 90 days but not more than
two (2) years from the date of expiration may reinstate the license without
taking the examination by filing a new application for renewal and by filing
and paying the license fee and penalty as set forth in the Office of Licensing
and Registration Rules Chapter 10, Establishment of License Fees, Section
5. An apprentice must reapply as a new
applicant.
2. More than Two Years.
An individual who fails to renew a license for more than two (2) years from the
date of expiration must obtain a new license by satisfying all of the
requirements of 32 MRSA Chapter 139 and these Rules.
