The Board adopts and incorporates herein the following editions of technical standards or codes issued by the National Fire Protection Association and Rules promulgated by the Board. All installations of any oil and solid fuel burning equipment, the installation of chimneys, fireplaces and vents shall comply with applicable requirements of these standards and additional standards imposed by Title 32, Chapter 33 and these Rules.

1. NFPA #30 A, Motor Fuel Dispensing Facilities and Repair Garages 2003 edition
2. NFPA #31, Standard for the Installation of Oil Burning Equipment 2006 edition (See Section 2 below)
3. NFPA #211, Chimneys, Fireplaces, Vents, and Solid Fuel Appliances 2006 edition (See 7-2 below)
4. NFPA #70, National Electrical Code 2005 edition
5. NFPA #88 A, Parking Structures 2002 edition
6. NFPA #90 A, Installation of Air Conditioning and Ventilating Systems 2002 edition
7. NFPA #90 B, Warm Air Heating and Air Conditioning Systems 2006 edition
