06-096 C.M.R. ch. 146, § 1 - Scope/Applicability
A. This regulation applies in all ambient air
quality control regions of the State of Maine.
B. This regulation applies to all
diesel-powered vehicles which have a gross vehicle weight rating of 18,000 or
more pounds.
