06-096 C.M.R. ch. 162, § 10 - Reporting requirements

A. Any owner or operator of a boat manufacturing facility that is subject to the provisions of this Chapter shall notify the Department of any record maintained in accordance with Section 6(A) of this Chapter showing the use of noncomplying materials. A copy of such record shall be sent to the Department within thirty days following the end of the month in which the use of noncomplying materials occurs.

B. Any owner or operator of a fiberglass boat manufacturing facility that employs control equipment to achieve and maintain compliance pursuant to Section 3(C) of this Chapter shall submit to the Department quarterly summaries of the records required by Sections 8(B) and 8(C) of this Chapter. These quarterly reports shall be submitted no later than April 30^th, July 31^st, October 31^st,, and January 31^st of each year, and shall cover the records for the previous calendar quarters.
