A.
General
standards. Each back dune project must meet the standards for all
projects contained in Section 5.
B.
Development on individual lot s. No more than 20% of the total area
of a lot may be covered by the footprint of a building (s). If total building
coverage exceeds 20% of the total lot area on the date that an application is
accepted for processing by the department or did exceed 20% of the total lot
area within one year of the date that an application is accepted for processing
by the department , the percentage of lot area covered by buildings may not be
increased.
C.
Unstable back
dune areas. Certain back dune areas may be identified as erosion hazard
areas. New buildings, additions to existing buildings, and reconstructed
buildings located in those areas must meet the standards of Section
6(G).
