06-096 C.M.R. ch. 377, § 3 - Procedure
A.Roads which qualify for exemption from the
Site Location Law (see 38 M.R.S.A. §488 or Section 1(A)(1) of these
regulations) may be developed without prior notification submitted to the
Board.
B. Roads which are subject to
the Site Location Law and which do not qualify for exemption under the law
shall be approved by the Board prior to commencing
construction.
