06-096 C.M.R. ch. 534, § 1 - Applicability
Notwithstanding other procedural rules of the Department, this rule governs the process for consideration of revocation or suspension of wastewater treatment plant operator certifications under 32 M.R.S. § 4175-A, 06-096 C.M.R. ch. 531, and other applicable rules or statutes.
