06-096 C.M.R. ch. 534, § 9 - Disposition Without Full Hearing
A. Unless
otherwise provided by law, the Department may:
(1) Make informal disposition of any
suspension or revocation proceeding by stipulation or consent order;
(2) Limit the issues to be heard if the
parties and the Department agree to such limitation or variation, and if no
prejudice to any party will result.
