06-096 C.M.R. ch. 596, § 1 - Applicability of Chapter 2
Unless specified differently in this chapter, the requirements in the Maine Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) Rules Concerning the Processing of Applications and Other Administrative Matters 06-096 CMR 2 (April 1, 2003), apply to overboard discharge applications.
