06-096 C.M.R. ch. 800, § 2 - Purpose
It is the purpose of the Board of Environmental Protection, consistent with legislative policy, to identify those substances the discharge of which into or upon the land or waters of the State or into the ambient air is prohibited by 38 M.R.S.A. §1317-A.
