06-096 C.M.R. ch. 801, § 5 - Sampling and monitoring
Department staff may inspect the location of a discharge, may make drawings, may take samples, photographs and other records and notes and may establish monitoring stations. The responsible party shall cooperate with the Department staff in such investigatory activities.
