A.Sections B, C
& D of the Assignment Application must reflect the information presently on
file with the office of the Secretary of State.
B.Section E.3. of the Assignment Application
must include the capacity of the assignee.
C.Section D.4. of the Assignment Application
must reflect the date signed (this date must not be earlier than the date of
the transaction in Section D.3.) of the same form.
