65-407 C.M.R. ch. 214, § 5 - REVOCATION OF EXEMPTIONS
Upon the request of any person or upon its own motion, for good cause, the Commission may revoke any detariffed status designation granted pursuant to this Chapter. The revocation may be in whole or in part and may be specific to a single telephone utility, a single service, or a single geographic location. For the purpose of this Section, the Commission shall consider, but not be limited to, the factors specified in subsection 3(B)(2) and 3(B)(3) to constitute good cause.
