C.M.R. 02, 031, ch. 170 - CLASSIFICATION OF PRIVATE PASSENGER AUTOMOBILES USED IN CAR POOLS

This regulation prohibits a change in classification, coverage, or pre mium of or a refusal to renew an insurance policy on a private passen ger automobile due to its use in a car pool. The use of a share-the-cost arrangement among the car pool members shall not be cause for subjecting the car to classification as a public or livery conveyance.
