8/26/2020- filing 2020- 189 as Schedule of Charges for Testing and Services Provided by the Maine CDC Health And Environmental Testing Laboratory (repealing and replacing 10-144 C.M.R. ch. 257 - Schedule of Charges of the Diagnostic Laboratory of the Department of Human Services (last amended December 6, 2004), and repealing 10-144 C.M.R. ch. 233, Rules Relating to Testing of Private Water Systems for Potentially Hazardous Contaminants).
