SUMMARY: This Chapter establishes consumer protection requirements associated with the provision of bundled services by Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs); establishes methods for recording revenue from bundled services; establishes the upper and lower limits of bundled service prices that will result in predictable regulatory treatment of revenues; and establishes the treatment of certain consumer programs.
BASIS STATEMENT: The factual and policy basis for this rule is set forth in the Commission's Order Adopting Rule, Docket No. 2008-15 issued on June 24, 2008. Copies of this Statement and Order have been filed with this rule at the Office of the Secretary of State. This Rule was approved as to form and legality by the Attorney General on July 7, 2008. It was filed with the Secretary of State on July 8, 2008 and became effective on July 13, 2008.
