Md. Code Regs. 02.02.04.07 - Designated Clearing Agency Exemption
A. The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) shall be designated as a "clearing agency" for purposes of the Maryland Securities Act, Corporations and Associations Article, ยง
11-601(13), Annotated Code of Maryland.
B. This designation may be revoked if the Commissioner finds that this action is advisable for the protection of investors or in the public interest.
