A copy of all information recorded in the judge's book and furnished to the United States Trotting Association shall be forwarded to the office of the Commission, signed by the officials of the meeting, immediately upon the conclusion of each day's racing. The judges shall make reports in writing to the Racing Commission of all infractions of the rules and of all rulings of the judges upon matters coming before them during each day. Copies thereof shall be mailed to each member of the Commission.
