Md. Code Regs. 09.10.06.08 - Review of Application for Completeness
A. Not later than the 30th day after the last
day of an application period, the Executive Director of the Commission shall
review each application submitted to determine whether the application contains
all the information required under Regulation .06 of this chapter.
B. If the Executive Director determines that
the required information has not been submitted, the Executive Director shall
notify the applicant in writing and state the nature of the
deficiency.
C. An applicant
notified in accordance with §B of this regulation may submit the documents
necessary to complete the application not later than 15 days after
notification.
D. An applicant who
is notified in accordance with §B of this regulation and who fails to
submit the requested documents in a timely manner may not be certified by the
Executive Director, and the Commission may not consider the
application.
E. When the Executive
Director determines that an application contains all of the required
information, the Executive Director shall:
(1) Certify in writing that the application
is received by the Commission; and
(2) Deliver a copy of the certification to
the applicant .
