Md. Code Regs. 09.12.51.06 - Application of the Standards
A. Except as provided in §§B and C
of this regulation, the Standards shall apply to all buildings and structures
within the State for which a building permit application is received by a local
jurisdiction.
B. A local
jurisdiction shall implement and enforce the Standards and any local amendments
within 12 months of the effective date of any amendments by the Department to
this chapter.
C. The provisions of
Public Safety Article, §
12-508, Annotated Code
of Maryland, modify and determine the applicability of the Standards to
agritourism.
