Md. Code Regs. 09.22.01.02 - Senior Cosmetologist License
A. A senior cosmetologist is responsible for
the theory and practical training of apprentices and limited practice
apprentices in the cosmetologist's salon.
B. A senior cosmetologist license authorizes
the licensee to practice all aspects of beauty culture.
