Md. Code Regs. 10.16.02.01 - Purpose
It is the purpose and intent of these regulations to establish minimum standards of construction, maintenance, and operation of mobile home parks to protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public. Construction, enlargement, alteration, or addition may not be permitted without compliance with these regulations.
