Md. Code Regs. 10.16.02.09 - Insect and Rodent Control Measures
Insect and rodent control measures to safeguard the public health and comfort shall be applied in the park as required by the Approving Authority. When rats or other objectionable rodents are known to be in the park, the park operator shall take immediate action, as directed by the Approving Authority, to exterminate them. The Approving Authority may also require the park operator to take suitable measures to control weeds and grasses.
