Md. Code Regs. 10.44.22.05 - Time Frame for Completing Continuing Education
A. The period for completing continuing
education requirements extends for a 2-year period from July 1 through June 30
of the second year following the effective date of the license.
B. The 2-year period in which the continuing
education shall be completed ends on June 30 of the year in which the license
is due for renewal.
C. For the
renewal period beginning on June 1, 2025, only, the period for completing
continuing education requirements extends for the period January 1, 2023,
through June 30, 2025.
