Md. Code Regs. 10.44.24.11 - Violations
Violations of this chapter pertaining to the use of a retired volunteer license constitute unprofessional conduct and may result in disciplinary action against the licensee as set forth in Health Occupations Article, ยง 4-315, Annotated Code of Maryland.
