Md. Code Regs. 10.67.06.26 - Benefits - Primary Mental Health Services
A. An MCO shall
provide to its enrollees medically necessary primary mental health services,
including appropriate referrals for service to the Department's behavioral
health ASO as described in COMAR 10.09.59.
B. Effective October 1, 2023, MCOs shall
provide their enrollees medically necessary primary mental health services,
including the Collaborative Care Model, pursuant to COMAR 10.09.64.
