Md. Code Regs. 11.01.16.08 - Prehearing Procedures
A. At
least 2 weeks before the hearing, each party shall file with the Board a list
of witnesses and documentary evidence to be introduced at the hearing, and a
copy shall be served on each other party to the hearing.
B. Prehearing Conferences. The Chairman of
the Board may hold prehearing conferences as he considers
appropriate.
C. The Board may
administer oaths and issue subpoenas and orders for the attendance of witnesses
and the production of documents.
D.
A preliminary motion filed by a party shall be accompanied by a memorandum of
points and authorities and shall be filed with the Board at least 10 working
days before the hearing, and a copy shall be served on each other party to the
hearing. Any response shall be filed with the Board at least 5 working days
before the hearing, and a copy shall be served on each other party to the
hearing. The Board may, in its discretion, grant a hearing on the
motions.
