A. Commercial
activity is prohibited, except when permitted or authorized in writing by the
Authority.
B. Commercial activity
on portions of the service plazas leased to or under contract to individuals or
companies is not subject to this chapter. Instead, the lease agreements or
contract specifications between the individuals or companies and the Maryland
Transportation Authority govern these commercial activities.
