Md. Code Regs. 11.12.09.01 - Programs
Driver rehabilitation and educational programs authorized under Transportation Article, ยงยง 16-212 and 16-212.1, Annotated Code of Maryland, are conducted by the Administration or through a private provider approved by the Administration. The programs include driver improvement programs (DIP) and 3-hour alcohol and drug education programs (3-Hour ADEP).
