Md. Code Regs. 21.07.01.17 - Pre-existing Regulations

Mandatory provision for all contracts. It shall be in substantially the same form as follows:

"In accordance with the provisions of ยง 11-206 of the State Finance and Procurement Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, the regulations set forth in Title 21 of the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR Title 21) in effect on the date of execution of this Contract are applicable to this Contract."
