Md. Code Regs. 22.06.02.01 - Filing for Disability Retirement
Except as provided in State Personnel and Pensions Article, ยง 29-104, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Regulations .03 and .04 of this chapter, to apply for disability retirement, a member must properly complete and submit a Statement of Disability and Preliminary Application for Disability Retirement before the date membership ends.
