Md. Code Regs. 30.01.06.04 - Consideration and Disposition
The EMS Board shall:
A. Consider the petition and may issue the declaratory ruling requested; and
B. Notify the person seeking the ruling in writing of the:
(1) Action taken, and
(2) Reasons for the decision.
