Md. Code Regs. 30.09.09.02 - Sanctions
A. If a licensee or applicant violates Education Article, §
13-515, Annotated Code of Maryland, or this subtitle, SOCALR may:
(1) Deny the applicant's application; or
(2) Suspend or revoke the licensee's license.
B. If a person granted a waiver of the requirements of Education Article, §
13-515, Annotated Code of Maryland, by MIEMSS violates the provisions of this subtitle, MIEMSS may rescind the waiver.
