A
A. Sufficient State funds for subsidies are
available in the Department 's budget;
B. The provider 's budget for the next fiscal
year has been approved by the Department ;
C. The Department and the provider have
executed a subsidy services agreement for the next fiscal year; and
D. The provider and facility are in
compliance with this chapter.
