101 CMR 304.09 - Effect of Claims Submission for MassHealth Providers

Payment by MassHealth for community health center services pursuant to 101 CMR 304.00 constitutes an alternative payment methodology for federally qualified health center services as described by 42 U.S.C. ยง 1396a(bb)(6).
