101 CMR, § 312.05 - Severability

The provisions of 101 CMR 312.00 are severable and if any provision of 101 CMR 312.00 or the application of such provision to any person or circumstances is held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity will not be construed to affect the validity or constitutionality of any remaining provisions to eligible providers or circumstances other than those held invalid.
