101 CMR, § 514.01 - General Provisions

Scope and Purpose. 101 CMR 514.00 governs the
collection of the hospital assessment established under M.G.L. c. 118E, §
67.

Bulletins. EOHHS may issue administrative bulletins to clarify
policies, update administrative requirements, and specify information and
documentation necessary to comply with 101 CMR 514.00.
