105 CMR, § 158.025 - Name of Program
(A) A Program shall
be designated by a distinctive name which shall appear on the Program's
application and license. To avoid public confusion or misrepresentation, this
name shall not be changed without the prior approval of the Commissioner or his
or her designee. Such name shall appear on all listings, advertisements, and
stationery.
(B) The name of a
Program shall not tend in any way to mislead the public as to the type or
extent of care provided by the Program.
