105 CMR, § 158.028 - Restrictions
(A) A Program may not utilize any portion of
its participant area for any purpose other than providing Services during the
Program hours of operation.
(B) A
Program may not utilize any portion of its participant area for the purpose of
running a business other than the business of providing Services.
