105 CMR, § 171.120 - Refresher Training Deadlines
(A)
Each first responder shall satisfactorily complete a refresher course in first
aid, other than cardiopulmonary resuscitation, every three years after initial
training in first aid.
(B) Each
first responder shall satisfactorily complete a refresher course in
cardiopulmonary resuscitation every two years after initial cardiopulmonary
resuscitation training.
