105 CMR, § 430.250 - Vehicle Requirements
(A) Any motor
vehicle used for the transportation of children enrolled in a camp program
shall be in compliance with the pertinent sections of M.G.L c. 90, in
particular, §§ 7B and 7D, and with all applicable regulations of 540
CMR: Registry of Motor Vehicles.
(B) Any vehicle used for transportation of
children shall have passed an annual safety inspection in accordance with the
laws of the Commonwealth.
