105 CMR, § 430.331 - Minimum Daily Food Requirements for Residential, Travel or Trip Camps
(A) The operator of each residential, travel
or trip camp shall provide at least three meals per day for every full day that
campers are present and shall provide nutritious meals suited to the specific
needs of the campers.
(B) Foods
served shall meet the recommendations of the Dietary Guidelines for
Americans -Nutritional Goals for Age/Sex Groups Based on Dietary Reference
Intakes and Dietary Guidelines, of the Federal Dietary Guidelines
Advisory Committee, adjusted for age, sex and activity. The only exception
shall be by written medical direction.
