105 CMR, § 430.334 - Feeding
(A)
Adequate Staff and
Equipment. All camps accepting campers with mild or severe
disabilities shall provide sufficient numbers of adequately trained personnel
and proper equipment to ensure campers are eating nutritionally adequate
meals.
(B)
Meals Shall
Not Be Denied. No camper shall be denied a meal for any reason
other than by written medical direction.
(C)
Meals Shall Not Be
Forced. Campers should be encouraged to eat a well-balanced diet,
but no camper shall be forced or otherwise coerced to eat against their
will.
