105 CMR, § 430.372 - Hygiene Supplies at Toilet and Handwashing Facilities
The operator shall provide:
(A) An adequate supply of toilet paper at
each toilet;
(B) Sinks with an
adequate supply of soap;
(C)
Disposable towels or hand drying device(s) near each sink or group of sinks;
and
(D) Suitable waste receptacles
for paper towels and other waste materials. Such receptacles in toilet
facilities shall be covered.
